Refund Policy

Online courses

Courses are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. If the course isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, provided you have not completed more than the first chapter.

After 14 days, or once substantial course content has been accessed, purchases are final. This protects a product that can be consumed instantly.

Early-access purchases

Buying an early-access course means you understand that some chapters are not yet published. Unpublished chapters are not grounds for a refund outside the 14-day window. They are included with your purchase and delivered as they're released.

Aerial services

Deposits for booked flights are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled window. If Meridian cancels a flight for weather, airspace, or safety reasons, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of any deposit.

How to request a refund

Email services@meridianairops.com with your order email address and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
