Privacy Policy

Meridian Aerial Operations ("the site") is run by Spiced Martini LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers what the website collects - quote requests and course purchases - and what we do with it. It is written to be read. Questions: services@meridianairops.com.

The short version

• We collect only what you type into a form: a quote request or a checkout.
• Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
• No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do not sell your data.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by email.

What we collect

Quote requests. The contact form asks for your name, company, phone, email, job address, and a message. What you send is stored in the site's database and emailed to our team so we can respond. That is the whole lifecycle.

Course purchases. Checkout collects your name, email, and billing details so we can process the order and deliver your course. Orders are stored in the site's database as normal business records, and your course access is delivered to the email address you give at checkout.

Emails. If you email us, we keep the thread so we can actually help you.

We do not collect your location, we do not run comment sections, and there are no public user accounts on this site.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies, all functional:

• Display preference - remembers light or dark mode.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any cross-site advertising cookies.

Who sees your data

Only the companies that run the plumbing, and only to run it:

• Hostinger (hostinger.com) - hosts the site and its database, and delivers our email. Their servers log standard request data (IP address, browser type) like any web host. A Hostinger marketing script (Hostinger Reach) loads on our pages as part of their platform.
• PayPal (paypal.com) - processes course payments. PayPal loads its own scripts at checkout and may set its own cookies there, under PayPal's privacy policy. We receive a payment confirmation, never your card details.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) - delivers the site's fonts. Google sees a standard web request from your device when a page loads.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not buy data about you. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) that means there is nothing to opt out of - and if that ever changes, this policy changes first.

How long we keep data

Quote requests are kept while they are useful for the job conversation. Orders are kept as business records for accounting and tax purposes. Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, except where the law requires us to keep order records.

Your rights

Whether or not the law requires it where you live, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email services@meridianairops.com and a person will answer, normally within 30 days. California residents: these are the access, correction, deletion, and non-discrimination rights the CCPA/CPRA gives you, and we honor them by email without forms or runaround.

Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Payment card data never touches our servers - it goes straight to PayPal. Access to the site's database and admin area is restricted.

Children

The site is for adults - homeowners, contractors, and drone professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes. The current version is always at meridianairops.com/privacy.
